Engine, AI, scripting, that sort of thing.
I'm currently in a game of Skyrim, just sniped off a bunch of bandits from a vantage point that their pathfinding probably couldn't reach, thus they didn't seem to think to look in the direction of where the arrows were coming from and never spotted me.
Will Frontiers combat AI avoid this problem, or will it be mostly solved by more careful terrain/dungeon layouts?

I strongly doubt the NPC AI in FRONTIERS will match Skyrim's combat AI. But I will also be trying to avoid combat situations in areas where the AI will look particularly stupid. So hopefully it'll all balance out.
